Free Nationwide Shipping on orders over 250 RON!

imker.ro offers free express courier delivery on all orders of at least 250 RON. For orders under 250 RON, shipping fees vary based on the delivery and payment methods selected at checkout.

International Shipping

imker.ro provides express courier shipping for deliveries outside Romania (according to the coverage list available on our website). Delivery is carried out via DHL or GLS, with shipping rates calculated by the courier applied at checkout. International delivery is available exclusively for orders paid in advance by card or via bank transfer / direct cash deposit into the IMKER account before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days following placement and stock confirmation (orders placed during weekends are processed and handed over the following Monday). Processing proceeds automatically (without a phone confirmation call) if the order contains all necessary fulfillment details, or after an IMKER team member contacts you to confirm specific preferences (scent choices, additional order details, etc.). Delivery typically takes place the next business day after the parcel is handed over to the courier (you will receive a shipment confirmation email with full tracking details), except during peak seasonal periods subject to carrier delays, heavy traffic, or adverse weather conditions.

Free Fragrance Samples

All IMKER fragrances offer a pleasant, balanced scent profile crafted from carefully selected essential oil blends across top, middle, and base notes. IMKER professional scenting solutions are designed for commercial spaces as well as home, car, and office use.

To help you sample and discover your favorite aromas, your first order containing an aroma diffuser (cold-air nebulization device) includes a complimentary sample set (a non-customizable pack of 6 samples featuring our best-selling fragrances).

If you prefer to test our fragrances before ordering a diffuser, fragrance samples can also be purchased separately, subject to the standard shipping fee for orders under 250 RON.

14-Day Return Policy. 24-Month Warranty for Individuals / 12 Months for Legal Entities

We want you to feel fully confident when shopping on imker.ro. Within the statutory 14-day return period from parcel receipt, you can return ordered products without stating a reason, provided they show no signs of use (for a full refund) or show minimal signs of testing that qualify for a partial refund under our return policy—see complete details here.

If you find that your product has defects or malfunctions, please refer to our warranty services—full details here.

Returns at imker.ro are exceptionally rare. Even so, we encourage you to carefully check website specifications, user reviews, and operating guides, or contact the IMKER team via any available channel prior to purchasing. This avoids unnecessary time commitments and financial costs on both sides: you avoid waiting for funds that take days to recover (partially or fully depending on condition under the return policy), and IMKER avoids unsellable inventory (opened and tested units cannot be resold and are typically donated to a non-profit charity).
