METHOD OF USE
Pour a knob of cream on the hand and distribute it evenly over every part of the body starting from the right foot, the point farthest from the heart, and then up the legs and towards the pelvis. 
The massage must always go up towards the heart, and never the opposite, because the lymph flows upwards: from the feet towards the pelvis, from the lower abdomen to the sternum, and from the hands to the shoulders. 
Apply the cream by making gentle and wide circular movements, gently massaging the skin so that the product can penetrate deeply.
Insist especially on the heels, knees, and elbows, where the skin is excessively dry and tends to look unsightly. 
At the end of the application wait at least five minutes before dressing, as it is necessary to give time to the skin to fully absorb the cream. 

For a velvety effect, application once a day is recommended.
